Iron based nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials have similar initial permeability and temperature stability with Permalloy material, beside, it has smaller specific gravity and lamination coefficient than Permalloy material, and nanocrystalline cores has the lower weight and lower price than Permalloy under the condition of the same core size and performance.
