Nanocrystalline Current Transformer Cores In Leakage Circuit Breaker:

The new design leakage protection cores with Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy instead of Permalloy. Nanocrystalline materials has high saturation magnetic induction and high nitial permeability, which is benificial to improve the detection sensitivity of leakage protector. Besides, the nanocrystalline alloy materials has small coercive force and high rectangular ratio, and when working at a higher frequency, only a small excitation current can make the magnetic core reach saturation status, which helps to reduce power consumption and simplify circuit design. So it can be widely used to the leakage protection switch.

High accuracy nanocrystalline cores can be used in high sensitivity leakage protection current transformer, household leakage protection current transformer and industrial leakage protection current transformer.
